Cleaning Company FAQ
How often should I clean my office?
Every office is unique: depending the size, the number of people working there, and how busy you are. You may need cleaning every day, or you may need cleaning to be done once or twice a week. We will go through your specific needs to structure a cleaning schedule that will suit your business.
Will the cleaning affect the operations of my business?

We also guarantee a smooth, hassle-free transition Our cleaners are fully briefed on all cleaning specifications and security requirements.
Will I have the same cleaner all the time?
Our cleaning company does not subcontract our work, so you can be assured of having a regular cleaner who knows your job and becomes familiar with the little things that need to done that make a big difference to your day. Ensuring that you have regular cleaning staff also ensures the security of your premises; In the event we do need to replace your cleaner for any reason, our administration staff will notify you as soon as possible.
How experienced are the cleaners?
All our staff members have at least two years commercial cleaning experience. New employees at our company follow an extensive training program that qualifies them in Certificate II and/or Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning). We also give our cleaners 'site-specific' training to conform to your site guidelines, that ensures you recieve a high quality service.

What are your hourly rates?
Once again, each job is different, and prices will differ, dependent on many factors. We will discuss your specific needs with you to provide a personalised, obligation-free quote.
What if we close down over a break? Will we still be charged?
Many of our clients do close down over the holiday seasons. Given enough notice we can adjust our rosters accordingly and, of course, you will not have to pay for cleaning that is not done.
Are you covered by insurance?
According to Australian industry standards, our company is covered by Public Liability insurance of $10 million dollars, to protect our clients, and Worker's Compensation to protect our staff. An updated Certificate of Currency will be supplied on request. We take a professional approach to our Occupational Health and Safety responsibilities and to our duty of care to our employees and our clients' staff and visitors.
