Overview of A Clean City
A Clean City was established in 1984. We are an Australian-owned registered propriety limited company and we carry all insurances required by current law. We provide services that cover all areas of cleaning for commercial and strata premises. Our director, Lauretta Do Carmo, will meet with you onsite to develop personalised cleaning specifications to meet your requirements. We pride ourselves on providing both a quality cleaning service and friendly support staff.
Security is critical to our clients; all staff are carefully screened and checked.
Our services are based on mutually agreed specifications. We have developed procedures and work practices to ensure we achieve a high standard service at all times.
To ensure we exceed your cleaning expectations we provide:
Detailed cleaning specifications are developed for every site
The site specification is discussed with each cleaner
Where possible the cleaner is introduced to the site management
Sites have a communications books to facilitate information exchanged between clients and cleaners on a daily basis
All our cleaners have at least 2 years experience
Training takes place "on site" in real situations
Our cleaners will report any outstanding maintenance issues they may come across
Regular cleaning inspections are undertaken and feedback is given to clients and cleaners.
Any issue raised by a client is attended to within 24 hours, guaranteed.

Security of your premises
We understand security is critical to our clients, and take the following steps to ensure your premises remain secure:
All external and internal doors and windows are closed when leaving a room or the premises.
Areas are not to be left unlocked, either before being cleaned or after being cleaned.
Exterior doors or windows are not kept propped open during the course of cleaning.
All electric lights and appliances and water taps are turned off immediately after use.
All client keys are tagged with our ID key ring, with our return phone number on the back.
One cleaner is nominated and responsible for a final security check of the premises.

Insurances
We are an Australian-owned registered propriety limited company and we carry all insurances required by current legislation. An updated Certificate of Currency for Worker's Compensation and Public Liability is supplied to all our clients upon request.

Occupational Health and Safety Standards
After a Work Cover Inspection in October 2004 we were said to be “One of NSW top 5 Cleaning Companies for complying with regulations".
We understand what is required to provide a safe and hygienic environment for your employees, your clients and your own peace of mind. We comply with the Occupational Health and Safety (Commonwealth Employment) Act 1991 and amendments, Occupational Health and Safety (NSW) Act 2000 and Regulation 2001. Our Occupational Health and Safety policy is provided to every one of our clients.
