Hard Floor Maintenance Buffing Your Floor
When your floor starts to look worn this is a sign that it may need to have it buffed. Regular buffing can keep your floor looking shiny and clean.
Stripping and Sealing
When your hard flooring has become scuffed and dirty, and using a polishing machine does not show a change, it is time to have it stripped and sealed.
We wet strip (or for melamine and other sensitive surfaces, dry strip) the floor down to its original surface, ensuring edges and corners (where machines cannot reach) are detailed manually.
Our commercial grade strippers and sealers give your vinyl and hard floors exceptional durability that extends wear, minimising marking and guards against soil penetration and abrasion, leaving floors with a superior gloss finish "wet look" non-slip finish.

Carpet Cleaning
The life of your carpets can be prolonged by regularly having them professionally steam cleaned.
We can industrial clean your carpets, raising the pile to remove most stains and eliminate dust mites that cause 60% of allergies.

We recommend regular (once or twice a year) cleaning to extend the life of your carpet.
Dust Mites
Dust mites are far too small to see with the unaided eye, but for many of us, you can definitely feel their presence. Dust mites are the single most common allergen that people inhale in their homes and offices. They undermine the health of the allergic, triggering runny noses, headaches, and asthma attacks.
Steam Cleaning Method
Carpets are always pre-sprayed with the appropriate solutions and then steam cleaned with water only to rinse all solution out of the carpets. This ensures your carpets stay cleaner a lot longer as there is no chemical residue left behind.
Heavily Soiled Carpets
For heavily soiled carpets we industrial clean first using a carpet orbiter to scrub and agitate the pile. This loosens the embedded dust and dirt which then lifts beautifully when steam cleaned. The results are amazing.
Anti-Static Treatments
Static is created by friction between carpet fibres and moving objects, such as shoes, or electrical field currents from electronic equipment such as computers. It is often most evident on nylon floors. Air conditioning and low humidity are ideal conditions for the build-up of static.
While static shocks are not dangerous to your staff, usually only a mild discomfort, they do present a danger to sensitive office equipment, which can be damaged by a static shock. (However, hypochondriacs may use this as a reason to take a day off work)
Our anti-static treatment prevents the build-up of static, thus drastically reducing the chances of your staff or your equipment receiving a shock. The treatment lasts for between 6 and 9 months, although in some extreme circumstances it may need to be repeated earlier, or and definitely after cleaning the carpet. The treatment is quick and is usually done out of office hours. The carpet should be dry and the office able to be used within an hour or so of the treatment being complete. There are no harmful side effects of anti-static treatments. (However, it is known that after the treatment, squealing by shocked staff is greatly reduced.)

Sweeping
Our ride-on gas-operated sweeper is able to sweep warehouses or car parks from 500sqm to 10,000sqm, with minimal fumes.
Wet Scrubbing and Degreasing
Our walk-behind or ride-on scrubbing machines can service a range of floor sizes. We are able to mechanically wet-scrub warehouse and car park floors, leaving floors semi-dry.
Window Cleaning
We have trained technicians specialising in all aspects of window cleaning.
Our technicians have received training in rope access work and high-flow water-fed window cleaning, and have the appropriate knowledge and experience for this type of work. And, of course, our technicians are properly insured.
High flow water-fed window cleaning
This method of cleaning has revolutionised the cleaning industry as its many benefits far outweigh other cleaning methods. By using water which is pumped through telescopic poles, we are able to access and clean windows to heights in excess of 15 meters.
There are no Health and Safety risks impeding its use in any way, making it by far the safest and most cost effective method of cleaning with excellent results. We highly recommend it to our clients. High Rise Window Cleaning
Rope access, or abseiling, is used for buildings taller than three stories. It is a practical, safe and cost-effective window cleaning solution.
Rope Access is a manual system of providing access which, by virtue of diversity of equipment & specialised techniques, allows access to many difficult locations. Industrial Rope Access utilities techniques adapted from mountaineering, rock-climbing, caving & abseiling for use in industrial applications. With strict controls in place to ensure quality of training, on-site administration & work procedures, these systems provide a means on access that offers a high degree of safety.

Toilet Requisites
A Clean City also provides toilet requisites such as toilet paper, hand towels, facial tissues, liquid soap, air fresheners, dispensers and sanitary bins. Installation of dispensers for all products can be arranged for you. Please advise if any of these items are required and we will happily forward you a list.
